Quick and helpful response from customer service! I bought a yearly subscription but changed my mind and was given a refund even though I had used more data than the 500mb limit. They could have easily not given any refund. J

They take credit and they write they will charge 5.99$ and they charge 69$ , be careful with that program , its doesn’t give you the option to use popcorn time as they promise I’m disappointed and I afraid they will charge my credit without my permission.

After taking my money, the app will not connect or accept my password. Halfway crooks.
1 yr of use and no problems at all!
I have been using this service for exactly one year today. I am able to use this service on multiple devices and it works flawlessly. The only drawback at all is that even though I am able to side load it into my amazon firestick, it isn’t optimized to work on it, so after I open the application it isn’t possible to click on any options therefore I can’t enable the VPN service on the firestick. Besides that I am completely satisfied with it and feel confident about my security when it is running. The $69 yearly cost is more than worth the service it provides.
Works well as long as you don't lose connection
It works well but when you are on popcorn time you need to keep watching it. If you lose connection, it will shut down then you may get caught in the process. You cant walk away while using it. It has been working better lately though.
Take a closer look at their refund policy
I only used this for a little bit and not used it any more. I got charged a second time and did not find out until past the 14 days they require to get a refund. How on earth would I know to ask for a cancellation/refund if they wont notify you by email of any upcoming charges?

Please don’t buy this. Slow as slug and a complete waste of money. They promised me partial refund but that never arrived in my account. When asked, they sent me an ARN number but turns out, they were just feeding me lies. They will steal your money folkes.

I felt that they do not disclose the correct amount they will charge your account. Once you give them your cc info they automatically take out money that’s above the value they say they’ll charge you. Also, customer support is pretty useless as well.

I read some reviews online after purchasing the yearly subscription and I found out that there are users who are unhappy with the service. I don’t have any complaints about Anonymous, but on the other hand, I don’t really know much about computer technology. For what I need, this VPN is more than enough. 🙂

Wish i had read reviews before purchaaing this scam. Literally took more than $100 by wording it as if they’d only take 5USD. Asked for a refund but their customer service is so useless. Pls save your money and stay away.
Anonymous VPN did remote service to install VPN on my computer, ruined computer
It worked well enough when it worked, but when their tech support ruined my computer while attempting to install code remotely so it could run their program. They only offered a year service for compensation, I was left with out a computer. Beware!

Took the subscription to pay each month and they charged me for a year !! Big surprise when I went to see my bank account 60 € removed at once. I intend to complain to their service to have a refund and therefore be removed from their register.
