Hello, movie fans. This week’s list of the most downloaded movies for September 30, 2016 features three brand new, and exciting movies, right at the top! Keep reading to see what they are.
Topping the list this week we have an older movie making a return due to someone getting a better copy up. Mechanic: Resurrection has been on this list before, and it’s back now either because someone got a new copy, or because Jason Statham turned his back long enough not to notice any major new uploads he would beat to a pulp. To really make the top of this list exciting this week we have Star Trek Beyond, which I’m definitely watching again this weekend, The Infiltrator, which had great buzz in theatres, and The Magnificent Seven, which you should still go to theatres to see as there are only bad cam version floating around. You can’t tell me there isn’t something good to watch this weekend.
Hanging around the middle of the list we have what I still think is a pretty good superhero movie, Suicide Squad. My younger brother has seen it 5 times in theatres and 11 times at home. Seriously. The other movies hanging around, Ghostbusters and The Secret Life of Pets, are popular for reasons I can’t fathom. For the former, it’s likely because of my love for the originals to the point of ridiculousness, for the latter it’s likely because of my lack of children.
